Do I need basic knowledge of Islam to attend the course?
We of course welcome students with basic knowledge of Islam. But for those without that, we have the elementary course for them.
When can I start my course(s)?

You can of course contact us directly over the phone or by email. You can also follow our class schedule for the subject of your choice. You can complete the admission procedure before the start of your desired course.

How are you different from other online islamic institutions?

We don’t sell video recordings only. We believe in live teacher-student interaction to make the learning procedure the most effective. In case anyone misses any class he/she will have to contact the teacher to discuss the missed topics. All students are provided with the recorded version of the class so that they can review it at their comfort. Time after time we arrange webinars to discuss freely issues related to the class.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit, debit, or ATM cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or payment via PayPal and Mobile banking e.g. Bkash, Nagad, etc.
Do you provide a certificate of completion?
We provide students certificates upon successful completion of the course.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges if I find that the course isn't helpful for me, or I am unable to complete the course?

Yea we do! All incomplete courses will be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of course commencement. We also give the student a course exchange facility if he/she feels that the purchased course is not suitable for he/she.
